Founded in 2021 by hospitality veteran Moe Bseiso, Kloud Virtual Concepts is Jordan’s largest portfolio-owned cloud kitchen operator, built to redefine how people experience food delivery. What began with a single burger brand has grown into a portfolio of 24 specialized virtual restaurants — and counting — combining variety, quality, and efficiency under one roof.
Unlike traditional models, Kloud is fully vertically integrated. Every brand in the portfolio is created, owned, and operated in-house. From concept design and recipe development to kitchen operations, logistics, and customer service, Kloud manages the entire value chain. This ensures unmatched quality, consistency, and innovation, while enabling sustainable growth.
The portfolio includes both stand-alone brands, each with its own dedicated menu and identity, and The Food Court, the flagship concept. The Food Court is Jordan’s first and most recognized virtual food court, where customers can mix and match from multiple cuisines in a single cart — one kitchen, one delivery, one love.
